With no stairs or ladders, this design is ideal for those who simply prefer a single-story home or are unable to comfortably use the loft space in our other builds. The high 2700 ceilings provide a spacious, contemporary design, a separate bedroom and lounge/kitchen/dining with room for our custom fold out sofa bed!
You can then either keep it on it's trailer as a THOW (Tiny House on Wheels), or apply for site specific consent eg. foundations and connections on your land, allowing you to have a fully consented build THOF (Tiny House on Foundations), secure normal bank lending, down payments and standard house insurance.
