One such model is the 38-foot-long and 13-foot-wide Sipsey tiny house with a covered porch. The Sipsey tiny house packs a ground-floor bedroom, a giant loft, a complete kitchen, a snug living room, and a full bathroom with a laundry station.
Embracing an open floor plan with well-assigned living areas, the Sipsey makes the most of its limited space. The 10-foot-long and 13-foot-wide covered porch comes with railings and is the perfect spot to enjoy evening coffee while admiring the sun going down in all its glory.
A glass door opens into the living room. The living room has a big L-shaped couch, which can be swapped for a convertible bed for additional sleeping space, a coffee table, and a side table.
Facing the living room is a linear kitchen. The kitchen features a two-burner cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a range hood, a dishwasher, quartz countertops, and a refrigerator. There is plenty of room to place a kitchen island. The kitchen also has numerous under-counter and overhead cabinets
On the other side of the house, a division is created. The space between two hallways is utilized as a dining nook. A television can be mounted on the wall to be viewed from the living room and the kitchen.
